Original cherry wood, hand-carved bars remain in the old building, adding a touch of elegance to the fun-filled atmosphere. Day and night, young and old alike meet at this eccentric atmosphere to spend time with friends and relax.

Located in historic midtown St. Joseph, Mo., Hi Ho Bar and Grill offers something for everyone. The charming 1900's style eatery welcomes people of all ages to come eat, drink and be merry.

Famous for steaming chili and scrappy beef sandwiches since 1947, Hi Ho has an extensive menu of appetizers, stuffed wraps, green salads, thick burgers and other sandwiches. Friendly and attentive waiters like Randy Larabee serve generous portions of famous chili and brownie bite smore desserts. To keep guests interested and curious, the menu changes nearly every six months.

Hi Ho also offers customers a variety of brews-ten types of beers on tap and a variety of imports. During the week, drink specials change every day. Monday's Margarita Madness is known throughout St. Joseph, drawing overwhelming crowds. Hi Ho entertainment options also aren't limited. Team Trivia night draws a large crowd of college regulars always up for new competition. Trivia isn't the only thing keeping bar fans sliding through the door.

For the athletic type, 20 HDTV's hang from bar walls, all accessible to the great NFL sports package. On the nights football fans aren't cheering their team on, live bands are building the pub its respectable reputation. Hi Ho frequently hosts live bands that attract the occasional patio dance party.

Known for their holiday celebrations, Hi Ho is the place to be on Labor Day, St. Patrick's Day, New Year's Eve, or any other holiday. Spacious party rooms can be rented for special occasions including, but not limited to birthday, wedding and anniversary celebrations.

Hi Ho opens at 11 a.m. seven days a week.
