Choosing the Hibachi will get you seated at a table for 12 where the chef prepares your meal right before your eyes. The chefs will dazzle you with their quick-handed, knife-wielding skills. The excitement of watching them prepare your meal makes your wait for your delicious meal that much more enjoyable. Every meal comes with onion soup, ginger salad, shrimp appetizer, vegetables and steamed or fried rice.
Stix is not only great for dates or going out with a group of friends, it is also enjoyable for families. There is a kid's menu for children ages 10 and under. I took my 2-year-old niece, and as soon as we sat down, she asked the waitress to bring her rice.
Editor's Pick: I sampled a variety of sushi including the Dynamite Roll (baked crab, white fish topped with motoyaki sauce and sweet soy sauce, $9.95), the Las Vegas roll (salmon, cream cheese and crab, tempura fried, with sweet soy, $8.95) and the Spicy Shrimp Roll (fried shrimp, avocado, cucumber, snow crab, masago and spicy sauce, $9.95). I also had a cucumber salad ($3.50), which I loved and Crispy Calamari ($7.95).
Indulge or decline: Indulge
