Towards the end of our trip we made an impulse decision, drove to Las Vegas for a night and experienced Sin City for the first time. Because my friends and I weren't familiar with Vegas at all and had no Internet connection during the week, we basically took things as they came and did everything and anything we could, joking that we were going to create our own version of the movie The Hangover.… Post the First Comment

For my final spring break I decided to pull out all the stops and take a road trip west with a couple of my buddies. As soon as classes were over Friday morning, we packed our bags and hit the road in my friends Pontiac GTO for a voyage across the country which ended up covering more than 3,000 miles through six different states.… Post the First Comment

On our way to Las Vegas, Nev. from Tucson, Ariz. my friends and I drove across the Hoover Dam. As one of the only routes across the Colorado River, we had no idea we would get caught in a traffic jam for three hours. We ran into a construction zone before reaching the dam because they are building a new bridge which will eventually replace the road which goes over the dam itself.… Post the First Comment

During the time we stayed in Tucson, Ariz. our friend we stayed with found an advertisement in one of the Tucson travel guides for indoor skydiving. No one in our group had ever tried any kind of skydiving, and we weren't sure what to expect, but decided to give it a try.… Post the First Comment
